Managed Network Services:
The above servers will be purchased by and managed by ServersUSA. Smedia a division of ServersUSA will engineer the intergration of the solution. This will include hardware and software setup, user profile configurations, maintenance and backups of the hardware and software. We also upon request can be contracted to assist in various intergration or support issues with legacy systems. We have worked with Mail Order Manager (MOM) in the past, and we welcome the challange to migrate your system to a centralized environment.

Network Specifications:
Our network has 3-OC48 connections provisioned to OC3's using BGP4. Your network will be provisioned under a private firewall, we use BIGIP to manage SSL Acceleration, Loadballance the 2 web servers, and caching when possible. The ICODE Applicatrion Server using Microsoft Terminal Services will manage ICODE user sessions, and upon request MS Word, Excell, Access and other applications may be added. The database server will manage both ICODE databases and any internal MS SQL2000 databases you create.

Migration Plan:
Hardware
1 week to order hardware, customer would pay 1st month deposit plus setup fee.

ICODE Software
1 week to configure network servers & web site. This includes exporting existing data, configuration of shipping, migration of images and support data.
