The Portal Header
The standard banner area of a DotNetNuke portal contains an area for your company logo; an area for (optional) Vendor banner advertising, and the tab menu. Other elements include a login link, and a register link.
The Portal Footer
The standard DotNetNuke footer includes a copyright message, a Powered by link, a Privacy Statement link and a Terms of Use link. Each of these links can be directed to a tab or a document of your choice. Alternatively, these can be removed, or can be changed to different links.
The footer area has no restrictions for redesign. The area can be fully removed from your portal, or can fully redesigned with new links and graphics.
The Portal Style Sheet
The portal Style Sheet provides a standardised look to the portal. The Style Sheet controls the fonts, colors and styles throughout the portal.
Tab Background Image
An image or colour can be added to the background of all tabs to further customise the look of the portal.
Module Containers
Your designer can custom design attractive module containers for your portal. Module containers frame individual modules and can be applied to one or more modules, or can be set globally across all modules.
