Smedia Reseller Options!
Program 1 - Authorized Reseller (You bill your clients)
The Reseller handles all contact with the clients. Smedia provides full support to the Reseller and their clients through the Reseller. The Reseller determines the clients price for services and any other value-added services (those provided directly from the Reseller and not from sMedia). We charge the Reseller our 1-UP program, they in turn charge their client whatever they see desire.
Sales & Billing
When the Reseller sells a package to a client, the Reseller will report the sale, remit proper fees to Smedia and provide all information necessary to setup the new account or otherwise perform the purchased services. Payment for setup of new accounts is due to Smedia on signup and may be made via all standard methods. The 1-UP monthly fees will be invoiced directly to the Reseller.
Qualification
To become an Authorized Smedia Reseller, your business must be stable, have an adequate staff of well-trained, technically competent personnel capable of supporting your clients and selling packages to new prospects and must be a current Smedia hosting customer with an account in good standing.
Program 2 - Authorized Reseller (Smedia bills your clients)
The Reseller handles all contact with the clients. We provide full support to the Reseller and their clients through the Reseller. The Reseller determines the clients' price for services and any other value-added services (those provided directly from the Reseller and not from FutureSights). Smedia will bill the client directly for services at our current price scheule and the Reseller receives 25% of that amount.
Sales & Billing
When the Reseller sells a package to a client, the Reseller will report the sale and provide all information necessary to setup the new account or otherwise perform the purchased services. Payment for setup of new accounts (by the client) may be made via all standard methods. Monthly fees will be invoiced directly to the client. Payment to the Reseller shall be made once per month after receipt of payment from the client.

Program 3 - Client Referrer
If you're a current Smedia hosting customer, you're already set to get started with this program.
All you have to do is refer others to us. If they signup, you get 20% off your current hosting charges as long are they are a client in good standing. Refer five or more on this program and you're hosting is FREE!
Qualification
You must be a current Smedia hosting customer with an account in good standing.
Technical Support
Technical support will be provided to the client at two levels. The Reseller is responsible for Level I technical support which includes local matters, advisories and anything else not having a direct relationship to sMedia, network connectivity or Smedia servers. Level II technical support will be provided by Smedia to and through the Reseller.
