Zimbra loaded System Z100, Z250 and Z500 with optional SAN are designed with Multi-Core dual CPU capable Intel Xeon 5000 servers. With bus speeds of 1066MHz, or 1333MHz that have unmatched performance in the data center. Featuring a 4 year warranty, 24/7 support and quarterly Zimbra service updates your organization can simplify email service management and enhance and lower costs at the same time. With powerful CPU enhanced virtualization technology on the Intel 5000 Xeon CPU, you can task this email server in a second or third virtual OS to perform separate application tasks without fear of corrupting the Zimbra mail process.
Support for extended memory 64 technology with dual independent cpu bus for maximum application execution. Memory speed enhancements include increased memory performance through use of new Intel I/OAT technology with fully buffered memory. Security pre built into our servers by our network engineers and enhancements for additional anti virus prevention through execute disabled bit built into the CPU. Additional value through power savings SpeedStep technology which lowers CPU power use when full CPU use is not required. The Z100 supports 3 SATA or SAS drives, while the Z250 and Z500 support up to six hot swap drives SATA or SAS with passive or active midplanes.
Pre loaded with Ubuntu, Fedora, or Red Hat Enterprise Server (RHEL), managed updates and support as well. Other Linux variants are available upon client request. Server security implemented and hardened by our our network engineers with a pre deployment checklist to ensure your technical staff have the minimum of installation tasks to finish the install. Smedia recommends our quarterly software update service plan, with 24/7 support for your Zimbra server in the event you require additional premium support at $115 per hour.
